Good day!
Most novice users know only one place where they can download applications to their phone - this is the Play Market ✌ (which is pre-installed on Android). And if applications do not load from there, this is a real tragedy.
In general, there are quite a lot of reasons why the Play Market may start to fail (both software errors caused by the user, and due to circumstances beyond his control). In this note, I will give some basic tips on what you can do with your phone if downloading applications from the Play Market stops working.
1) this note is relevant for those cases when, after clicking on the “Install” button, nothing happens (i.e., no error messages appear, etc.);
2) If a specific error appears, it is recommended to first search for instructions on solving this particular problem.
How does the Yandex music application work?
The Yandex application allows you to listen to songs and albums online, i.e. ... works as a streaming service, and also allows you to save your favorite tracks and albums for further offline listening - without an Internet connection.

What to do if applications from the Play Market cannot be downloaded
Check your network connection, date and time
This is the most standard and most popular advice when a similar problem arises. The same time can easily be lost, for example, due to an incorrectly set time zone.
Date and time, time zone
Also pay attention to the network operation: do web pages open in your browser, do other applications access the Internet (note: even if your icon in the corner of the screen shows that everything is OK with the connection, this may not be true . ) .
Clear cache and reboot your phone
Quite often, various errors with applications (examples: notifications do not arrive, updates do not download, etc.) occur due to an “incorrect” cache (temporary files). Therefore, after checking the time zone and network performance, it is almost always recommended to reset the cache (in this case from the Play Market).
To do this, just open the list of applications, select the one you need from it and click on the “Clear cache” button (example in the screenshots below).
Clear cache from Play Market
After clearing the cache, it is highly advisable to reboot the phone (to display the menu, as in the screenshot below, just hold down the power button for 3-5 seconds). After the reboot, check the functionality of the Play Market again.
The system may be updating other applications at the moment.
The Play Market has one feature: it does not download and install several applications at once. And if you want to download an application, but others are currently being updated, you will have to wait.
Usually, in this case, when you click the “Install” button, the message “Waiting for downloading” appears.
Please note that in most cases, the top menu of Android displays the application being downloaded (if you wish, you can cancel the download, then the system will proceed to download the next one).

You can use alternative app stores
Of course, the Play Market has analogues (and not bad ones!). In cases where you cannot find an application on it or if the service is temporarily unavailable, you can use similar stores (we are talking about Yandex Store, Amazon AppStore, APKPure, SlideME, etc.). I talked about them in one of my previous articles (link below).

Disconnect from the Wi-Fi network (if connected.)
If you are connected to a Wi-Fi network, try disconnecting from it and starting the installation of the application from the Play Market again. The thing is, if you have a weak Wi-Fi connection, the phone may simply be “waiting” for it to be restored and booted.
While disconnecting from such a Wi-Fi network, you could download the application literally in a matter of minutes (if, of course, you have Internet traffic
