Although the Huawei Watch 2 was launched back in 2022, it is still one of the best SIM smartwatches. Over the course of several years, this model has received many updates and software improvements, so despite its modest characteristics, the watch operates as quickly as possible, smoothly and without lag.
The sports watch is equipped with a full touch round AMOLED screen, the size of which is 1.2 inches with a resolution of 390 x 390 pixels and covered with Gorilla Glass paired with a ceramic bezel. The 20 mm silicone strap can be replaced with any other appropriate width using a quick-release mechanism. According to the manufacturer's specifications, the watch is protected from water and dust according to the international standard IP68.
Huawei Watch 2 is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm SnapDragon Wear 2100 processor clocked at 1.1 GHz. The gadget was equipped with a 6-axis accelerometer, heart rate monitor, gyroscope, barometer, GPS sensor and compass. The smart watch has 4 GB of internal memory and 768 MB of RAM. The Chinese company Rollme keeps up with the times and, following all modern trends, has released the new Rollme S08.
The round steel case with a ceramic frame, covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 4, is equipped with two physical buttons and two cameras - a front one (8 megapixels), which serves as a face unlock and is designed for video conferencing, and a side one (5 megapixels).
A speaker and microphone were placed on the left side of the case. The strap is available in two versions - silicone or artificial leather. This is the world's first smartwatch model of this level, suitable for swimming with water resistance up to 50 m, confirmed by the international IP68 standard.
The new product is equipped with a 1.69-inch diagonal IPS color screen with a resolution of 450*450 pixels, which provides a very clear and bright image. The processor is built-in MT6739 with a clock frequency of 1.25 GHz and the device runs the Android 7.1 operating system. Rollme S08 has 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory, which is quite enough for everyday use. Thanks to the nano SIM card slot, the device can also make calls without the need for a phone, supports WI-FI and 4G LTE, as well as Bluetooth 4.0.

Pros: Nice size and weight, good screen and excellent battery. Disadvantages: The pedometer loses data. I don’t know on which side the problem is - in the application or the watch. I couldn’t find how to enable automatic blood oxygen measurement. Comment: I like the watch. Initially I didn’t like the strap, it seemed low quality. But during use, I changed my opinion to the opposite - it does not rub, does not crawl on the hand, dries well after getting wet, frequent “holes” (allows you to fine-tune the tightness of the fit to the hand). They are used more as a watch than as a sports device, so I can’t say anything about training, etc. The battery in this mode easily lasted a week on one charge. I discovered that a week of pedometer statistics has fallen out - there is no data in the application. I don’t know who is buggy - the watch or the application, I hope that the problem is in the software and it will be fixed soon.
