What is XML?
With XML, you can store your data and render content for different devices.
Many markup languages follow XML syntax in their semantics, such as HTML. XML is used in web applications like Shopify to create product feeds. The XML files are sent to various marketplaces like Amazon and Google Shopping for synchronization.

Where are .xml files used?

Another example is the creation of statements or certificates. Here the XML file pulls various information from the database to generate the desired report. In life, you may come across such a report, for example, when receiving a cadastral extract from Rosreestr.
