Using the standard application
There is an easier way to get a file with all the numbers. Go to the standard Contacts application and swipe to the right. Select “Settings” from the menu.

Scroll down the section to the “Export” line. Click on it and select a file manager, in which we indicate the path to save the file. The instructions use EZ Explorer, but you can use any other application. We give a name and select the nearest folder so that after saving the file you don’t have to search for a long time.
To add phone entries on another device, go to the phone book settings, but select “Import”. In the drop-down menu, click on the line “VCF file” and select the pre-loaded database with numbers.
How to change where your contacts are stored
If you need to change the storage location for contacts on Android, this action can be performed in the standard Contacts software:
- Expand the side menu. Go to settings by tapping “Manage contacts”;
- Go to the “Move Contacts” section;
- Specify where the data should be moved from;
- Select subscribers;
- Tap “Done”;
- Mark where you want to place user information;
- Click "Move";
- Close the window after the process is complete.
The list may contain more options - for example, SIM card. The duration of the procedure depends on the number of contacts, as well as on the Internet speed, if cloud storage is selected as the source or destination.
You can also configure where new entries will be placed:
- Select "Default Memory";
- Note where new information appears. If there is no suitable option in the list, click “Add account”;
- Specify the appropriate option and perform additional actions (for example, log in) if the program prompts you to do so.
How many phone numbers fit into a Tele 2 SIM card?
For example, on new SIM
-Beeline and MegaFon cards allow you to save up to two hundred numbers as contacts.
On an MTS SIM card, it is possible to register two hundred and fifty contacts
