Go to the special page for working with message history on the VK Developers website.

Scroll through all the material presented to the “Example request” block.

Return to the desired dialog and copy the unique identifier from the browser address bar.

The identifier is the last numbers in the address bar, placed after the “sel=” .

Change the value in the "count" line to 0.

Don't touch other fields unless you know what they do!
