In response to competition from the Mi Band 4, Honor has finally given in and launched a custom watch face store for the Honor Band 5. However, there is a small caveat. The watch face store is currently only available in countries like China, UK, etc. So, if you don't have a watch face store, here's how to get one no matter your geographical location.
How to get a custom watch face on Honor Band 5
Since the watch face store is only available in countries like UK, we need to create a Huawei ID with Country/Region as United Kingdom. Now, when you use this UK Huawei ID to log into the Huawei Health app, you will have a different app interface with a built-in watch face store for Honor Band 5.
Logging in with a different ID will not disconnect your bracelet from your phone or delete your previous data. But here's the problem: later, when you log in again with your Indian Huawei ID, cloud data synchronization will stop. This means that all data generated from your UK Huawei ID and Honor Band 5 will be lost.
Please note that this method requires you to create a new Huawei ID and there is a small chance that you will lose your previous Huawei Health data.
- First, you need to create a new Huawei ID on Huawei Mobile Cloud. This is the same ID that we will need later to log into the Huawei Health app. When registering you must select your country/region as UK. Make sure you do this, otherwise it will not be possible to change it after registration.

- After successful registration, go to the Huawei Health app on your Android or iOS device. Log out of your previous account and log in again with the ID you just created.

Unlike the Mi Band 4, the process of downloading and installing watch faces is limited to the Huawei Health app only. I felt that the Huawei Health app was much simpler than the Mi Fit app.
The Honor Band 5 is probably the best budget fitness band you can buy right now. The only complaint about Honor's fitness series is the lack of third-party apps. Huawei has never released firmware or APIs for the bands, which limits the development of third-party applications for it. This extremely limits the functionality of the bracelet compared to Mi Band 4.
