And if there is, then the choice of TV programs is often not delightful, new movies are broadcast only six months after the premiere, and a huge amount of advertising can discourage anyone from watching. It’s another matter to watch movies in good quality, for example, through a phone.

However, the choice of services for watching films and TV series online is quite large, and it is difficult to understand them at first glance. That's why I decided to analyze several smartphone applications and choose the best ones. However, at the very beginning of testing, I had a question: how to assess the breadth of choice in such services? After all, long-released films or low-rated films can be uploaded to the resource. But you can’t determine this right away. Therefore, in order to get at least a rough idea of the proposed catalog of films, I decided that in each application I would look for three completely different films. This approach will help answer the following questions:

Are new films posted on the resource? To get the answer, I chose to search for a recently released new film - the 2022 film Greenland starring Gerard Butler. The movie is already available for viewing and can be found on the Internet in good quality.
Are there any cult films in the app that you want to watch more than once? To understand this, let's look for the well-known Star Wars franchise.
And finally, I decided to find out whether the resource contains popular Russian-made paintings. To do this, let’s look for the sensational film by Fyodor Bondarchuk “Attraction”.

A service for iPhone, maintained for years by developers from OLIMSOFT. And, as practice suggests, the time spent was not wasted: during the specified period, support for subtitles and network streaming appeared, new formats and codecs were added (it’s pointless to even list them - there’s enough for a whole book of variations), support for one-handed mode of operation was opened, a browser appeared, settings routing, playback of files and even documents.

With the latest updates, the developers have not forgotten about gestures - brightness, sound, pause - working with content has become much more convenient.

MEGOGO

A good service for watching movies and TV series online from your phone. At the same time, the “MEGOGO” application is quite “heavy”; compared to the others, it will require 18 MB to install. The application interface is as easy as possible to understand. There are no unnecessary buttons or sections.
