Smartphones with a battery of 10,000 mAh and above: top rating of 2022

Summer has waned, but the weather still allows you to get out into nature. And since electricity is tight outside the city, a phone with a high-capacity battery will be very useful.

The higher the battery capacity, the longer you can forget about the outlet. For example, the “fat” Energizer Power Max P18K with an 18,000 mAH battery, which is shown in the photo, can work without recharging for up to 50 days. Only it is not on sale, and whether it will appear is unknown. But we will not despair and will turn our attention to models no worse. Today’s review includes the 5 best smartphones with a battery of 10,000 mAH or more, relevant for purchase in 2019.

Blackview BV9500 Pro

This model from Blackview is interesting primarily because it can be used as a walkie-talkie.

As for the battery capacity, it is 10,000 mAh, and, interestingly, there is support for fast and wireless charging. It is worth understanding that the device is by no means small: for example, the thickness of the case alone is 18.7 mm, and the weight is 365 g!

The diagonal of the widescreen display is 5.7 inches. The hardware platform consists of a MediaTek Helio P23 (MT6763T) processor, memory capacity - 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of ROM.

Water protection degree - IP68.

Cameras

On the left is a frame from Oukitel K10000, on the right is a frame from innos D6000.

Oukitel K10000 and innos D6000 are equipped with 5-megapixel front cameras. With their help you can communicate in Skype, Viber and other similar applications. The picture quality will be high. In addition, these cameras are capable of taking good self-portraits. It is difficult to determine the winner at this point; the models are completely comparable in this aspect.

The main camera of Oukitel K10000 has a resolution of 13 megapixels, while the innos D6000 has 16 megapixels. In both cases, autofocus is provided. Below are examples of photographs. In our opinion, the advantage of the innos D6000 in clarity and color reproduction, although not huge, is obvious.

The first frame is from Oukitel K10000, the second frame is from innos D6000.

Let us only add here that the innos D6000 uses camera modules from the American company OmniVision, but the manufacturer of the Oukitel K10000 cameras, unfortunately, is not known.

Blackview BV9500 Plus

Blackview BV9500 Plus is largely the same as the Pro version, but there are some differences.

First, it cannot be used as a walkie-talkie. Secondly, the cost is lower. Third, the hardware characteristics are a little simpler: the MediaTek Helio P70 processor is used, and the memory capacity is 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory. The battery capacity is the same.

A good option if you don’t want to overpay for the older version.

  • Screen diagonal / resolution: 5.7 inches / 2160×1080
  • Device weight: 365 g
  • Processor: MediaTek Helio P70
  • RAM / internal memory: 4 GB / 64 GB
  • Battery capacity: 10000 mAh
  • Camera resolution front / rear: 13 MP / 16/0.3 MP

OUKITEL K12

The OUKITEL K12 smartphone has a 10,000 mAh battery and a design in the style of premium devices from Vertu.

It has a 6.3-inch high-resolution screen, a dual main camera, a fingerprint scanner, a MediaTek Helio P35 (MT6765) chip and 6 GB of RAM.

We couldn’t find out anything about water protection, but there is an NFC sensor and support for fast charging.

Long service life. Thanks to its top-end performance, this phone is capable of ensuring the normal operation of any mobile application over the next few years. This is also facilitated by support for 5G and Bluetooth 5.2

Poor protection of the housing from dust and moisture. The smartphone requires very careful handling, this is indirectly evidenced by the presence of a case included in the package, which softens shock loads

Blackview BV9100

The declared battery capacity of the Blackview BV9100 is impressive - an incredible 13,000 mAh! It is not surprising that due to the battery and shock-resistant case, the smartphone weighs more than 400 g.

There is water protection according to IP68 and IP69K standards, an NFC module and fast charging. On the front there is a 6.3-inch screen, on the back there is a dual camera and a fingerprint sensor.

The Blackview BV9100 is powered by a MediaTek Helio P35 (MT6765) processor and 4 GB of RAM.

OUKITEL K13 Pro

Apparently, OUKITEL K13 Pro became the first smartphone with a 10,000 mAh battery to receive a front camera built into the display. It also differs in the design of the back panel - leather or Kevlar.

There is no information about water protection. The screen is 6.41 inches diagonal, low resolution - 1560x720 pixels. The main camera is double, with a scanner located next to it. The chip is Mediatek Helio P22 (MT6762V), which is paired with 4GB of RAM.

There is an NFC module and fast charging.

Appearance and controls

In terms of external parameters, the Oukitel K10000 wins – it’s hard to argue with that, the device turned out to be outstanding. The body of this smartphone is made of thick shiny metal, and its design is somewhat similar to Vertu Android devices.

As for the innos D6000, it has a classic standard faceless design, although the body is made of rough polycarbonate that is pleasant to the touch.

But these are only external criteria. If we move on to ease of use, then the innos D6000 wins here. The fact is that the metal body of the Oukitel K10000 is not only very heavy (317 grams), but also slippery. Even the plastic inserts on the rear panel don't help. It’s not so easy to hold this device in your hands; it actually slips out. And playing for a long time on such a weighty device is also problematic - your hands just start to get tired. The weight of the innos D6000 is 188 grams, which is significantly less than that of its competitor.

As we already said, the polycarbonate body is rough with rounded corners. Therefore, the smartphone fits in your hand like a glove and does not slip in your palm at all.

Disturbs the layout of hardware keys on Oukitel K10000. Thus, the power button (it’s round) and the volume rocker are located on the right side of the case. Moreover, the first key is located quite high, so you constantly have to reach for it - the device is large, 5.5 inches.

The innos D6000 has everything quite standard: a double volume key on the left and a power key on the right, and you don’t need to reach for it, it’s located right under your thumb. In addition, there is another hardware key on the right side of the smartphone. You can assign it to launch any application – be it a game or a browser. When taking photographs, she is responsible for creating the photo.

A question also arose about the Android keys, which are located under the Oukitel K10000 display - for some reason they are not backlit. The innos D6000 has an easier time with this - the buttons are simply displayed on the display.

Oukitel K10000 has a non-separable design, so the slots are located on the left side of the device. There are only two slots: the first is for a SIM card, and the second is combined. You can insert either a second SIM card or a memory card into it. What is more important to you - choose for yourself.

Innos D6000 you can remove the back panel; there is a removable battery, two full slots for SIM cards and one compartment for a MicroSD memory card. There is no need to sacrifice anything - and this is very convenient. Much more convenient than Oukitel K10000.

innos D6000 wins in three more parameters. First: this device is equipped with an additional microphone on the top edge of the body, which is used for noise reduction. The Oukitel K10000 has only one microphone. As a result, the interlocutor hears you much better if you are talking via innos D6000. The second point is multimedia speakers. There are two of them in the Oukitel K10000, and one in the innos D6000. However, the sound of the second device is noticeably cleaner, without annoying hoarseness. Most likely, the developers of Oukitel K10000 saved money by installing cheap speakers in the smartphone.

MicroUSB plug on the cable from Oukitel K10000 and on the cable from Samsung Galaxy S7. Compare length

The third point is the most interesting. Instead of the usual microUSB connector, the innos D6000 uses a modern and convenient USB Type-C, into which you can insert a plug from either side (like an iPhone). Oukitel K10000 is equipped with a regular microUSB port. More precisely, not even quite ordinary. The thing is that the connector is recessed into the body, so if you decide to charge this model with a regular cable, you won’t succeed; the plug simply won’t reach the contacts. It is necessary to use only the supplied cable, the plug of which is a couple of millimeters longer than the standard one. Oh this China...

Blackview BV9500

Blackview BV9500 practically copies the older versions Plus and Pro, but does not support walkie-talkie mode, and is cheaper. Due to what?

Due to the platform: the MediaTek Helio P23 (MT6763T) processor is used, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory.

  • Screen diagonal / resolution: 5.7 inches / 2160×1080
  • Device weight: 365 g
  • Processor: MediaTek Helio P23 (MT6763T)
  • RAM / internal memory: 4 GB / 64 GB
  • Battery capacity: 10000 mAh
  • Camera resolution front / rear: 13 MP / 16/0.3 MP
  • Memory card slot: yes

operating system

Oukitel K10000 runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Unfortunately, there is also a tacky branded shell. By and large, this is what Android looks like in most inexpensive Chinese smartphones. It’s difficult to say whether it’s beautiful – it depends on the taste and color. But regarding convenience, we can safely say that the shell is crude, and every now and then different applications crash with errors.

There are a lot of pre-installed programs, however, most of them are useless. Oukitel K10000 also has a kind of “trick” - gesture control. For example, you can turn on the screen by double tapping, unlock it with a horizontal pass, etc. It seems convenient, but this very “trick” is noticeably dull. Most likely, most users will simply turn it off. Also among the disadvantages is the “under-translation” of the interface - some menu items are displayed in English.

Initially, the innos D6000 used Android version 5.1.1 Lollipop, but in December 2016, firmware with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow was released. As before, the new firmware does not have a proprietary shell or launcher. The interface looks quite standard, it works quickly, and there are no problems with translation. Among the useful features, we note the presence of a voice recorder, which can be turned on to record phone calls, as well as the ability to assign additional functions to the control keys.

Please note that the innos D6000 firmware is based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. That is, not 6.0, like the Oukitel K10000, but 6.0.1 - with the latest bugfixes and security patches.

Blackview P10000 Pro

Is 10,000 mAh not enough for you? Then meet the Blackview P10000 Pro, whose battery capacity is already 11,000 mAh. The smartphone itself, by the way, is not that heavy - 293 g.

It has an interesting design, a dual rear camera with a resolution of 16/0.3 MP (the front one is also double - 13/0.3 MP), a large widescreen display with a diagonal of 6 inches, a MediaTek Helio P23 chipset (MT6763T), 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory, support for fast charging.

There is a facial recognition function and a fingerprint scanner.

  • Screen diagonal / resolution: 6 inches / 2160×1080
  • Device weight: 293 g
  • Processor: MediaTek Helio P23 (MT6763T)
  • RAM / internal memory: 4 GB / 64 GB
  • Battery capacity: 11000 mAh
  • Camera resolution front / rear: dual 13/0.3 MP / dual 16/0.3 MP
  • Memory card slot: yes

Communications

Satellite search results for innos D6000 and Oukitel K10000. The first one finds many more satellites, in addition, the search is carried out many times faster.

Both models are equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth adapters. We have not had any complaints about their work in any case. Both Oukitel K10000 and innos D6000 operate on fourth generation networks, that is, 4G or LTE. At the same time, Oukitel K10000 supports bands 1, 3, 7 and 20, and innos D6000 supports bands 1, 3, 7, 20, 38 and 40. That is, support for LTE bands in innos D6000 is wider. Let us remind you that the bands 38 and 40 are used by some cellular operators in Moscow, so their presence is a clear plus for innos.

Let's move on to navigation. Oukitel K10000 only works with the American navigation system - GPS. At the same time, this smartphone contains all the delights of “friendship” between MediaTek chipsets and navigation. The device takes a long time to find satellites, and the level of signal reception leaves much to be desired.

Innos D6000 has complete order with navigation. The gadget is equipped with a three-system module (GPS/GLONASS/Beidou), which picks up signals from American, Russian and even Chinese satellites. A cold start does not take much time, and the signal does not disappear during operation. We have the Qualcomm chipset to thank for this - solutions from this manufacturer have virtually no problems with navigation, unlike MediaTek.

OUKITEL WP2

A new product from OUKITEL is the WP2 model, which received a 10,000 mAh battery. There is support for fast charging.

Contents of delivery

Oukitel K10000 has quite a rich set of equipment. In addition to the smartphone itself, it includes a charger, a microUSB-USB cord, an OTG cable, a clip for the SIM card tray, a protective film for the screen (plus another film already attached), a plastic bumper and instructions.

A few points need to be clarified here. Firstly, the protective film of the Oukitel K10000 is not of the highest quality; fingers glide over it poorly, and the picture is noticeably blurry. The author of this text removed it almost immediately - it was simply in the way. Secondly, there are several complaints about the bumper. Let's start with the fact that the plastic from which it is made is very fragile, and there is every reason to believe that if the smartphone is dropped at the slightest, the bumper will simply fall apart into small pieces. In addition, this “shell” noticeably thickens the already plump body of the device. Thirdly, the instructions are in English, so please learn your “bourgeois” language. The lack of an official guarantee also raises questions. The fact is that Oukitel K10000, as we have already said, is not officially sold in Russia.

The innos D6000 does not have such a rich package package. However, the box contains everything that might be useful: the smartphone itself, a 2A mains charger unit, an orange noodle-shaped USB Type-C to USB cable (more on that a little later) and a user manual in Russian. Here we add that the innos D6000 is covered by an official one-year warranty throughout Russia.

OUKITEL K10000 Pro

Stylish OUKITEL with a 10,000 mAh battery, support for fast charging, and a fingerprint sensor. Apparently there is no protection from water here.

The display diagonal is 5.5 inches, the screen has a classic aspect ratio of 16:9. The rear camera is single and has a resolution of 13 MP, the front one is 5 MP.

Chipset – MediaTek MT6750, 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory + memory card slot. Support for fast charging is declared.

  • Battery capacity: 10000 mAh
  • Camera resolution front / rear: 5 MP / 13 MP
  • Memory card slot: yes

Ulefone Power 5

The battery capacity of Ulefone Power 5 is even more impressive - as much as 13,000 mAh is stated! The weight of the device has exceeded 300 g. But there is fast and wireless charging. Both cameras are dual, the rear resolution is 21/5 MP, the front one is 8/5 MP.

It uses a widescreen 6-inch display, a MediaTek Helio P23 (MT6763T) processor, 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of ROM + memory card support.
