Viewing the document will be available by double-clicking on it or from the built-in explorer, if you have one of the above programs.

To make the presentation available for editing and viewing, right-click on it and call up the context menu.

Select one of the items in it - “open”\”open with”, then specify the program you need.

To use PowerPoint, launch the application and select the “file” option in its main menu, then in the pop-up window, click “open” and select the desired object.

PPRT and PPTX - what is it?

It all started back in 1987, when the Presenter program was born. It was its developers who simultaneously created the ppt format, intended for saving presentations. In Office 2007, the new version of PowerPoint received a new format - PPTX. When creating it, the Open XML standard was used. Without going into technical details, the main feature of the new format is its archival structure.

A PPTX file is an archive within which text, photographs of slides, style sheets, etc. are stored separately. And you can easily verify this by opening it (or a DOCX or XLCX file) using any archiver. This approach significantly increased the reliability of data storage.

Free programs for computer (Windows), Android and iOS
